New Computer!!!!
I acquired a new computer the other day. I wanted a Q9300. Accidents happen though, and due to flaky communication on my part, I ended up with a E4600. It’s infinately better than my old system which was at least 6 years old, with some parts in it closer to 10. It had Vista installed. That came off straight away and on went trusty old XP SP3.
I’ve done a bit of transcoding 3 or 4 times faster than my old computer, so I am a happy bunny. I’m overclocking at 10% and don’t really want to push it further until I have a better understanding of overclocking.
It also came with one of them horrible wide screen monitors. Asha can have that for her computer. Unless Vicki claims it first.
